Springfield Estate, our mixed-use serviced-plot community in Prampram, Greater Accra, is progressing through its infrastructure phase. Buyers can currently choose between four plot types: Type A (70m x 60m, 391.62 sqm), Type B (70m x 50m, 325.28 sqm), Type C (70m x 40m, 261.08 sqm), and variable-sized Type D plots for buyers who need a custom footprint.
Underground electrical and water lines, along with a planned drainage system and paved concrete roads, are being installed ahead of individual plot handovers — infrastructure that's often the difference between a serviced plot and an unserviced one in fast-growing parts of Greater Accra like Prampram. Buyers who have purchased unserviced land elsewhere in the region will recognize why this stage matters: without it, individual plot owners are left to negotiate access roads, drainage, and power connections themselves, often years after purchase.
Because Springfield is a serviced-plot community rather than a build-and-sell development, our approach here is slightly different from Solarium or Celestia Residence: the infrastructure and shared amenities are our responsibility to deliver, while what gets built on each plot is largely up to the buyer. That makes getting the underground works, roads, and estate security right before handover even more important, since it's the foundation everything else on the plot depends on.
