Solarium: What To Expect As Construction Continues

Solarium, our studio-to-penthouse development in Ringway Estate, Osu, is moving through a multi-year phased construction timeline. The site sits within walking distance of ABSA Bank (400m), Standard Chartered Bank (800m), and Trust Hospital Premium Center (600m), close to the British High Commission (600m) and Ghana Police Headquarters (700m), and is roughly 5.5km from Kotoka International Airport.

The development's clubhouse, drop-off area, and central 'Solarium Square' communal space are taking shape alongside the residential tower itself, which will offer studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and penthouse units aimed at both owner-occupiers and investors. That unit mix is deliberate — Ringway Estate draws a different buyer profile than our suburban or gated communities, typically someone who wants a compact, low-maintenance footprint close to work and Accra's central institutions rather than a large detached home further out.

Beyond the immediate site, the broader neighborhood is one of Osu's more established addresses, with well over a dozen international schools, several hospitals, over a dozen key institutions, and multiple shopping centres within reach — the kind of surrounding infrastructure that matters as much to a buyer's day-to-day life as the unit finish itself.

Ringway Estate remains one of Osu's most established addresses, and Solarium's design leans into that — a compact footprint with a strong architectural presence rather than a sprawling suburban layout, suited to residents who want to be close to central Accra's institutions and nightlife without sacrificing the security, amenity, and finish standard we build into every SIGL project.

On site, our engineering team is sequencing the tower's core and shell alongside the clubhouse and Solarium Square communal space, so that shared amenities are substantially ready by the time the first units are handed over rather than trailing months behind. That's the same phased approach — land and design, civil engineering, construction and finishing, then handover and support — we apply across every ongoing development.

As with all our ongoing developments, we publish periodic construction updates so prospective buyers can track progress transparently rather than relying solely on renders. For current availability, unit pricing, and payment plan options at Solarium, reach out to our sales team directly.
