Construction Updates · March 2025 · 2 min read

Construction at Serenity Estate, our detached and semi-detached villa community in Adenta-Oyarifa, continues to progress across the site's Villa Type A (4-bedroom with boys' quarters and parking), Type B (3-bedroom detached with parking), and Type C (3-bedroom semi-detached with parking) units.
The estate's entrance gate and landscaped approach are now complete, alongside continued work on modern street infrastructure, the state-of-the-art clubhouse facility, and the community swimming pool and kids' play area. The gate structure, finished in the development's signature palette, now anchors the main approach road into the estate and gives residents and visitors their first impression of the wider community beyond it.
Beyond the gate itself, our civil engineering team has been sequencing the estate the way we do on every gated community: underground and street infrastructure first, shared amenities in parallel, and individual villa construction phased so that early buyers aren't living on an active building site for years after they move in. That's the same land-and-design-first approach we use across every SIGL development, regardless of whether the end product is a villa community, serviced plots, or an apartment tower.
Adenta-Oyarifa continues to grow as a residential corridor on the eastern edge of Accra, and Serenity Estate's gated layout and shared amenities — landscaped gardens, a clubhouse, and dedicated play areas — are designed around that suburban, family-first setting rather than a high-density apartment format. It's a deliberately different proposition from our Ringway Estate developments in Osu, aimed at buyers who want more land, more privacy between units, and a slower-paced residential environment within reach of Accra.
For prospective buyers evaluating Serenity Estate against other detached-home communities in the area, the villa configurations are worth comparing directly: Type A includes boys' quarters for staff or extended family, while Types B and C are built for smaller households who still want a detached or semi-detached footprint rather than a shared apartment structure. All three unit types include dedicated parking.

We've been documenting construction milestones at Serenity Estate since March 2024, and will continue posting updates here as each phase is completed — from infrastructure and shared amenities through to individual villa handovers. That's consistent with how we report progress on every ongoing SIGL project: real photographs and dated updates rather than only renders and launch-day promises.
Buyers with an active interest in Serenity Estate can contact our sales team directly for a site visit, current villa availability, and payment plan options tied to the estate's construction milestones.
